Join us for Yoga! Our enthusiastic instructors Susan Blair and Cathy Covey will show you how to bend, stretch and breath. Their classes are intended for all skill levels and welcoming to beginners! Yoga is an excellent and beneficial way to improve your climbing through flexibility and focus. If you don't have a yoga mat no worries! We have some down here for you.
